Laptop is good but only downside is, it heats too much even the keyboard gets heated only on heavy application runs.

Regarding delivery
Product is good but delivery experience is the worst. It was showing out for delivery for 3days but the delivery agent neither called me once nor gave any updates. I had to go for 25kms to receive it. Really very bad experience.
