Precision Weight Valve

Worst product & pathetic customer service
This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. The Prestige 4 Ltr cooker has a serious side leakage issue right from the beginning, making it unsafe and completely useless. On top of that, their customer service is extremely unhelpful—no proper response, no resolution. Totally disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales support. Not worth the money at all.

It seemed a bit steep for the price at the time of purchasing, but I see that its worth every penny we spent on it. Its exactly like the ones we used back in India and we are happy that we went with the size and brand we were already aware of.

I have had this little gem for over 4 years and it idd change the way we eat at home. Healthy meals and in no time. The only con is the fact that I cant seem to find the rubber seal/gasket for this item as the current one is worn and the cooker is not working as it should be

Received the cooker without any damages and works well. Prestige is a normal household product and didnt let us down. Please note that 5l is little taller and suit mostly for cooking rice. If you would like to cook just dal, please check out the pressure pan.
