Great to use!
Decent laptop for doing normal stuff on a daily basis. Gifted this to my father. It’s been 3+ months now and so far no complaints. Light weight, so easy to carry around. Has it all- Windows 11 as well as MS Office so a complete package. With these specs and at this price, it’s good enough for daily use. All in all, I’ll recommend to all.

warranty issue
laptop is nice. quality,function all are good.only worst thing is after purchase we have to do efforts for update of warranty.hp team took 15 days .after daily messaging and uploading many time invoice at last they updated on site.

Don’t buy it,screen goes blank when you start and it will start in around 15 minutes.Now you call here and there for warranty claims.It’s been 5 months since I buyed it and it slowed down,now it’s very slow.

All good but HP warranty expired as it started in 2024
I got the product, it is light weight, good quality, the only problem is the product’s HP warranty is expering in one month. I purchased it one week before and it’s warranty started in 2024. Sound quality is good, size is 14 inches, easy to handle, battery life is good so far and it heats up a lot of we talk about functionality, brightness is okay, wifi connectivity working good.
