Total Waste of Money and Patience
Hands down the worst product I’ve ever used. It keeps dropping Wi-Fi for no reason, the voice service is pathetic, and the app is so unreliable that I have to force-close and reopen it multiple times just to make it work. An absolute disaster of a product — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Unreliable Product and Poor Customer Service
I purchased this smart plug about 11 months ago, and initially, it worked as expected. However, a few weeks ago, it suddenly stopped functioning. I tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested online but to no avail.Frustrated, I reached out to customer care, hoping to resolve the issue. They assigned a technician to visit, which gave me some hope. Unfortunately, when the technician arrived, he informed me that the problem could only be resolved online and that he couldn’t help further.To make matters worse, there is no serial number mentioned anywhere – not on the invoice, the box, or the device itself. Without this serial number, it’s impossible to claim the warranty or even get further assistance from customer service. This has left me with a non-functional smart plug and no way to get a replacement or refund.Overall, this experience has been highly disappointing. I expected better product reliability and customer support. I would not recommend this smart plug to anyone due to its poor durability and the lack of effective customer service. Save your money and look for a more reliable brand with better support.

This Crabtree Havell’s Wifi Smart socket is good to use, but unable to link with Amazon Alexa and Google assistant in UAE. I bought this online in UAE seeing that Alexa support in the advertisement, but notable to link with Alexa. Still useful, I can Schedule and set multiple time slots for on and off. So I am using it.
