Sun-Dried, Cleaned & Safety-Tested

Our mustard seeds are sun-dried, manually winnowed, and rigorously tested for aflatoxins, moisture, and impurities. No argemone, no foreign matter—just perfectly prepped seeds for pressing.

Traditional Kolhu Extraction (Cold-Pressed)

Our oil is extracted in wooden Kolhus at <40°C. This gentle process keeps the natural allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) intact—the compound behind mustard’s pungency and health benefits. No refining, just flavor retention.

NATIVE VARIETY MUSTARD SEEDS: Our farm-fresh mustard seeds are proudly grown in India. We traverse hundreds of kilometres and source our mustard seeds directly from the farmers of Bharatpur and Hathras region of Uttar Pradesh. We then let the seeds sun-dry for a few days to ensure better taste and aroma before pressing them to obtain mustard oil.
WOOD-PRESSED OIL: Our Wood Pressed Mustard Oil is pure, natural, and additive-free. We press the mustard seeds in wooden Kolhus at a low temperature. We use cold-press technology to ensure that the nutrients remain intact. Then, we let the oil sit for sedimentation for 2-3 days. Following this, we sieve filter the mustard oil.

    Good quality oil. Packaging is also very nicely done with bubble wrapper. I’m happy. Oil smells very good but not so strong like those cheap oils. Go for it.

    According to Google, foaming in cold-pressed oil is natural, but it could also indicate the presence of some impurities. So, I’m not sure whether it’s natural foaming or due to impurities.
