Very pathetic service of company and there delivery partner.
Not recommended to buy this product. Actually I purchased this product for my hometown at Himachal Pradesh Kangra Distt. First problem start with the delivery of this product. There delivery partner is Delhivery. They took more then 10 days to deliver the product. My product came near to my location and go back with reason that my area not comes under there branch. It happens 3 times and in 4th attempt, finally I got the product. Without any support aur installation. Just Delhivery guy deliver the product on your doorstep. No technician or any kind of support is available that how to install this invertor. Anyways I called one local electrician and pay him for installing the invertor. The invertor is not very powerful. If there is a power cut, ur fan speed getting very low. I have Microtek invertor at my delhi house and they working very gud. Anyways after 6 months this invertor start troubling me. No proper backup and after 10 months it’s totally down. No backup and invertor shuts down immediately when power cuts. As they give us 3 years warranty for this product. I raised the compliant in customer care. They gave me nearabout 1 week time . Then calls starts from there technical department asking for same question daily but not providing any resolutions. After 10 days I was very angry and asked him to raise this dispute to consumer forum if issue not resolved. Then finally they asked to record the video or inverter and send to the technician for review. After junior technician reviews he forwarded that case to senior technician. Then again senior technician asked me to record fresh video and send again to review what exactly problem is. I did the same. After 15 days of my complaint they agreed to replace the product. Their transit partner is Delhivery I must say very pathetic company for delivering the products. First day they sent 2 guys to pick up my invertor on bike. I was so shocked to see that how can they handle this heavy product on bike so I raised my concern again to company. That day they didn’t pick the product and next day other guy came to pick the product on taxi. So finally they picked the product but it’s been 2 weeks and product didn’t receive back. I again call the technician or Genus company who is dealing with this complaint and he asked me to wait. Delhivery transit company failed to deliver my product from last 2 days. Daliy i checked the status in the morning that your product will deliver today. But at the evening I see the status failed to deliver the product and will deliver tomorrow. Very annoying and irritating service.Maybe this product is good for metro cities. But I personally feel that there service and delivery partner is not good enough to handle services in rural areas.I am very disappointed with the product and the service of Genus innovation and there delivery partner Delhivery.I am working from home and facing very hard time during power cuts. I buy this product at ₹36999 costlier then other invertors in the market and expected very gud product and service in return.Never buy this companies any product nor recommend anyone to buy.Thanks
