Not so handy but still worthy
Luckily I bought it at Rs.1499 before price hike. I am using it for more than 3 weeks & observed the following-Build quality:- Good. Easy to grip as there is line like texture patterns on each side except up & down side.Size almost like 5.7 inch display mobile. Feels a little bit heavy, sturdy like brick. It can not be carried in pockets. But easily carried in side bag. Normal USB cable is there & of good quality. No USB type C cable provided inbox.Though it has a capacity of 20000 mAH, it can provide around 15000 mAH of battery backup. After a few times of charging & discharging of this powerbank at first time use, increases it’s backup capacity for a certain time period. It takes 7-8 hrs to get fully charged. 4 LED indicators shows the charge remaining.Backup:- 1st time of full charge, it provides me of 13250 mAH at 1st time use. 2nd time, 14050 mAH backup I got.It charges my phone of 5000 mAH around 58% in 2 hrs. It supports 18 W fasting charging as well. No doubt. No any heating isuue observed while charging or discharging.Note:- I never tried 0-100% charging of my 5000 mAH phone. I think if anyone charges mobile of 100% this powerbank can give more than 15000 mAh backup but don’t expect 20000 mAh. No any powerbank can provide full backup.Verdict: – First time used redmi product & really impressed with the product quality.

Reviewing after 4 months of use
** Takes 7-8 hours to completely charge and then charging my Redmi 11 at least 3 times.** Multiple port for charging is another facility.** Once charged completely, if not used for 10-12 days, still the charge retention is pretty good, almost 90%.** Little heavy weight but i guess it’s fine at this price range.** Just plug or disconnect, no on-off button to initiate the device. LED indicator states how much power left.** Casing is good , made of plastic type material however a rubber body grip or slightly stronger body would have given a smoother experience.

Decent Power Bank, But Battery Life Disappoints
I’ve been using the Redmi 20000mAh Power Bank since last year, and while it has some solid features, the overall performance didn’t quite meet my expectations — especially when it comes to how long the charge actually lasts.🔋 Charging & PerformanceIt supports 18W fast charging, and that works well — it charges phones fairly quickly and has both USB Type-C and Micro USB input options, which is convenient. It also has a low power mode for smaller devices like smartwatches or earbuds, which is a nice touch. However, the big issue is the actual battery backup. Despite being rated at 20000mAh, it doesn’t feel like it holds enough power. I barely get 2 full charges on my phone, and after that, it drops fast. Definitely not what you’d expect from this capacity — the performance just doesn’t live up to the numbers.⚙️ Design & BuildThe power bank is sleek and has a clean matte black finish that looks good and resists fingerprints. It’s a bit on the heavier side, but that’s expected with high-capacity banks. The build feels solid overall.✅ Pros:Supports 18W fast chargingDual input (Type-C & Micro USB)Sleek design and solid buildLow power mode for smaller devices❌ Cons:Battery doesn’t last as long as advertisedFeels more like a 12000–15000mAh capacity in practiceSlightly bulky for everyday carryFinal Verdict:The Redmi 20000mAh Power Bank is a decent option for fast charging and multiple device support, but if you’re buying it for long-lasting power, you may be disappointed. For short trips or occasional top-ups, it does the job — just don’t expect true 20000mAh performance.
