This is slowly charging.
This machine is actually working well, however it seems to be charging very slowly. Possibly the said 1000mA charging current is not supplied by the machine.Functionality of this machine is as advertised and described. This does get green after full charge of the batteries but during charging remaining red. Nice indicator for the job done.Charging current maybe somewhat low but slow charging keeps the batteries healthy and happy so that makes it even better charging machine.Update:- I Have noticed that this charger has an output of 4.5v. This means that this charger charges the batteries to full capacity. Other charging devices usually charge the batteries up to 4.2v or up to 80%. This makes this charger good up to some extent. However charging the lithium ion batteries to 100% is not a recommended practice. Overcharging these batteries is strictly prohibited and therefore the charging machines are not allowed to charge more than the 80% value or 4.2v. This machine has the facility to fully charge the batteries up to 4.5v maximum.Thanks…

Cheap, middling quality
Trying to charge an 18650 battery: the retaining/negative terminal clip is bent and does not hold the battery well or contact it properly. The light keeps flickering green, red, suggesting contact issues. You have to carefully adjust the battery back and forth till the light goes from green to red and stays red (charging). It might go green again (charging stopped) and then you adjust it again till red (video)
