Good sturdy quality with low noise levels.
The box was so damaged when it arrived here and there was a scratch also. But besides that the mixer is quite good to use. Whipping fresh cream, egg whites is just become easier and professional like. Noise is not much specially on lowspeeds.. and the build quality is very sturdy too.

Want to rate -100. My elderly mom used this product over one year, bought it so she and my father manage kitchen comfortably, it has two-year warranty, using it for home, but it starts to sounds and now not working. and when I complain to the company based in Mumbai, he asked Rs 3000 despite in warranty and already assess that if it happens it is because my fault. Actually it is an assembled product by taking parts from china, the company is selling it online only, so it warranty is a fraud with customer and a method to seek more money from customer. All i realised now when this problem occurred,have not done my research properly, my mistake….When spoke the mumbai based owner, he abused and literally misbehaved, infact make me feel as if he gave me the product in peanut. Very bad product, not for long use, service is almost no service, it is like use and throw after one year.no value of money

God quality, sturdy and efficient. Writing this review after a month of use and im really impressed with it handling big and smaller batches of dough.On the day of delivery had noticed a crack on the lid and the mixing bowl caused during delivery, i immediately contacted rossman team and after verifying pictures believe me, within next hour ensured to dispatch a new lid and mixing bowl to replace.A big thanks to rossman team.FYI: Baked cookies, bread, and whipped eggs and cream.

Build quality is good. Quality of jar is good. Performance good. Low operating sound and vibration. After sales service is also good. Keep the orginal packaging till the warranty period expires because it may be required to pack and send it through prepaid courier for repair if required. There is no onsite service available.
