The product is very good. Though of a size of a regular 1.5 but the output is fabulous. 6th sense technology is one of a kind.I am really happy.Only challenge is high cost service wherein it’s compulsory to get the product installed by Whirlpool referred team and that too at a very high cost or else you loose your product warranty.

Worst brand, worst customer care
My review will be pretty long but please read it and save your money. You mind end up lucky if all goes well when u buy a whirlpool product. Now comes the catch, God forbid if ur product has even the slightest of issue, these guys WILL NOT RESOLVE. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS DEFUNCT, incomptent technicians who damaged my wall and spolit the already cheap plasticky unit. They installed it wrong and then falsely claimed that ac unit is working fine. Their products are cheap low quality and i can vouch for that since after using lg for years, i thought of trying this. My biggest mkstake. I have been running pillar to post to get my refund now since third replacement is a big no no. I cannot afford to try these bunvh of incomptent untrained technicians to mar my walls, do some shoddy work on that cheap plastic unit. Guys DO NOT BUY ANY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT EVER. I never write a negative review and this negative never but this time their rude and blaming customer care (i have many names), their shoddy product, their policies all have exasperated me. Please check your local store to compare between whirlpool and lg or any other brand above lg to decide for yourself.

A quality product ruined by bad service.
Great product. I am running 2Ton AC in a 400sqft room and it can cool the room in less than 10minutes even at 24C temp setting. Actually this is my 5th Whirlpool Magicool AC. They all work flawlessly.Their indoor units look nice and modern but they aren’t flashy and fashionable.But I must warn you that Whirlpool customer support is one of the worst in our country. Thier after sales and service centers are pathetic and whirlpool customer support are clueless and it appears that they have no control over their after sales support agencies.This product deserves 5 star on it’s own but loses 2 stars becasue it carries Whirlpool logo.
