Safety Mechanism
It is made to perfect precision and operates when the inside pressure reaches 1kg/sq.cm. and whistles, which are loud and clear.
If the Vent Tube gets blocked and the weight valve does not function, a portion of the gasket is pushed out through a slot in the lid releasing the excess steam safely through the top hole of the pressure cooker.
Triply pressure cookers come with a spring-loaded safety valve equipped with a reset mechanism for added safety.
The Metallic safety plug comes into operation, when excess pressure is built inside Pressure cooker. It contains a Bismuth alloy that melts to let out the steam.

Best Brand
It is as expected from best brand. For those who have issues do remember never use it on high flame, always always use small burner and on low flame and make sure to add sufficient water to the food. Very good quality steel pressure cooker, we have been other products for over 5years. All the products are excellent . Little expensive but much much better than other renowned brands

Pure steel, easy to clean after cooking. One BEST PART of this cookware is, it easily removes the smell and does not required to be kept in dishwasher all the time unlike my earlier pressure cooker. I do use it to cook other vegetables also which do not require to pressure cooker.
