I Personally using it after I purchased from Amazon. I liked more butterfly mixer as compared to earlier another brand. Grinder I first time used but it so nicely grinding and fluffy your idli or dosa batter.

Poor quality of mixer grinder
Hi,Kindly note that we have made this purchase on 3rd March 2024. We are getting a crack on the body of the mixer grinder. That crack is building up day by day. We are wondering how butterfly can have a poor quality product. Kindly look into this and advice a way forward.ThanksJane
