Very difficult to activate the plan.
Its been almost 5 weeks since the purchase. There has been no useful help from oneassist regarding the activation of plan. Despite 6-7 oneassist support and 4 amazon support threads. A terrible experience, totally unexpected from amazon’s partnership.Even after 5 weeks, i have been asked to wait for 2 more weeks for their processing. It’s their 3rd “processing” timespan for this plan. I do not know what do they processes, and why it takes multiple attempts at processing. Currently they have denied refund, and since it has been 14 days past the purchase, amazon cannot processes refund from their end(the funny thing is amazon wants to be notified within 14 days of purchase to process refund, and oneassist takes atleast 14 days to activate the plan, so if they fail to activate, you cannot ask Amazon to process refund. Funny isnt it?)

Indian insurance companies have repeatedly proven to me that they are scammers.CONTEXT: I bought this extended warranty insurance. All they do is complicate the process and give you a false sense of security about your claim. They extract all information from you, then use these details to nullify claims with pointless reasons. In the end, they simply revoke the claim.
