Lack of accountability if laptop fails
Writing a review after 2.5 years. I bought this laptop with a extended care package ( a 3 year warranty) and my laptop has failed 4-5 times in these 2.5 years. The HP service has been extremely disappointing. They lack accountability. I would recommend not buying any high value items from HP
