Useful product, has eased effort of cooking
Its a good product. The extra jar in the Plus model is useful as it means you can chop two things while cooking without having to clean the jar in between. Only issue is the button at the top is a bit unreliable. It is sometimes stuck in on position, but not visible that it is, so while switching in power you have to be careful. But the chopper itself is a big help. Chops everything and because of small size very easy to handle and clean as compared to a dedicated food processor. A mixer/ grinder and a chopper together will meet your needs better than food processor.

Faulty food tray, Trash Glen Customer support
OTG delivered with a cooked leg and short food tray which can be used. Amazon support provided me with Glen support as I didn’t want to replace the OTG, just the tray.Now the problem starts, I called them. They asked me to email details along with invoice. Now they are asking to show unboxing video to prove the issue occurs since the start. I am no youtuber and I didn’t that you have to make unboxing videos of anythin you buy to be able to get customer support. I do not recommend Glen products due this

glan is a brand name and we can trust
Glen is a brand name , but the OTG I recd was not working , the service engineer replaced the heating rod element but still I am unable to understand whether the thermostat is working properly or not
