Instant regret
Very bad quality. You can’t see anything during day time, and when it’s dark the picture quality is also dark, you can’t increase the brightness. And the worst part is you can’t return it. You can’t watch cricket on hotstar. I am in regret since day one. Just used it once and it lying somewhere, covered in dust, somewhere in the corner. Useless it is.

Faulty product, company is a scam
Dont buy. Its a waste of money and time.Got a black spot on new projector itself. Tried contacting company but their customer support is pathetic.Asked me to open projector myself to clean dust. New product cannot have these issues. Read many articles and posts, company is very unprofessional. Not sure how they are even running this business. Amazon helped in returning the product.

Black spot on screen, no proper response by customer care of Egate.
I found a black spot on screen with the new product. I tried to connect to customer care of amazon. They asked to contact Egate customer care to find out only auto answer from egate customer care. Not happy with services.Overall it is good product in terms of brightness in dark room; but dont just go by description of the item. In user manual with the product, there is no specification which states what is the lumens of the item. It is manufactured in China.

Apps wont work.
3rd class product. Apps are soo slow and wont open. Only youtube works. Hotstar etc dont even open in i go, if opened then it gets stuck, remote wont work. Better get a tv.Only way to make it work is I guess get a firestick worth 4-5k or caste it via laptop using hdmi

Fake product don’t buy
Fake Chinese product please don’t buy. Doesn’t come with Android OS it has some cheap OS which looks like OS on after market car screens. Doesn’t show any apps and if you install it won’t launch at all. Please don’t waste money go for a decent TV instead of these fake projectors.

Only on picture quality is excellent ,OPERATING SYSTEM IS EXTREMELY SLOW & WORST.NETFLIX PRIME VIDEO APPS DOES NOT WORKS AS ITS CHINA PRODUCT.
