Installation service is dishonest and unprofessional.
Product quality is good, but installation service is dishonest and unprofessional.The product itself is exactly as described and works well. However, the installation service was extremely disappointing and misleading.We already had inbuilt piping at our location. The installation technician falsely claimed that the existing setup was completely unusable and could not be repaired by anyone. This was clearly not true.When we informed him that we would get the existing setup checked and fixed independently, he still demanded installation charges despite doing absolutely no installation work at that point. This is highly unethical.Additionally, we were pressured into paying an extra ₹2000 for additional pipes because we were misled into believing there was no other option. Later, we realized that this expense could have been avoided.This feels like a deliberate attempt to extract extra money from customers through misinformation.Recommendation: Buy the product if you want—it is good. But be extremely cautious with the installation service. Do not blindly trust the technician’s assessment and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to any additional charges.

Affordable price, mind blowing performance, good design
I was very worried before buying it, as it’s the first AC in my entire village, and even in many surrounding villages. It’s very difficult to find a good AC. Last year, I bought the Godrej LG I looked at several Voltas ACs, but they were very expensive. I suddenly saw a banner for this Midea AC on Amazon, saw an EMI discount of 5,000, and purchased it for ₹2,180 per month. The cooling is excellent. Even at 22°C, it still cools well. You may have issues with the remote, but I recommend using a new cell. This solved my issue. Installation team was very good and knowledgeable, perform all types of tests Customer support team very knowledgeable and gentle throughout the installation and after service.

I’ve been using a Midea air conditioner, and it works really well. It cools the room fast, even on hot days, and it’s very quiet.The remote control and Wi-Fi features make it easy to use. Plus, it looks nice and fits well in any room. Overall, it’s a great AC at a good price!the installation service was not the best.The technicians could have been more professional.
