High performance and Sturdy
It starts automatically on connection of load, it is able to charge laptop from 31 % to 90 % in 1 hour 33 min through 65W rated cable of same brand separately purchased usb-c to laptop usb-c (Dell 7390, 40Wh ) port still it has juice of ~40 to 50 % , but identifying as slow charging (may be due to 45w power bank against design of 65w). Surprisingly it is able charge Samsung ultra with 5000mAh, still it has juice of ~20% . Now I need not replace 40Whr laptop battery with 60Whr to increase backup. All parameters are ok, but after charge is over it was not stopping however it was continuously trickle charging. Then I put the phone off and checked with USB amp /volt meter. The amperage gradually reduced from 0.9 A, 9V to 0.05amp … 0.00amp , at same stage of 0 amp if it stayed for 30 sec it switched off. So it is the problem of phone software not any problem with power bank.As far as capacity is concerned , test software say laptop battery worn-out 20 % of 40whr, but how 20000mAh can charge 60% above laptop and charge 95% of 5000mAh and still can have 20% juice. It may be of huge ~100Whr capacity.Overall excellent make in India product. It comes only with USB A to USB C short cable (Not suitable for 45w capability / PD charging) . Hence purchased USB -C to USB-C 65 W cable for fast charging.Max temp is reached at front top center 49 deg c while ambient temperature is 31 deg c.Update on 28.11.23While charging laptop , I have pressed the button / pressed and hold the button for few seconds due to some doubt on charging, now it is neither charging nor getting charged. Probably logic corrupted or damaged. Hence there is a programming weakness or something else. Amazon agreed to refund even after 15 days.

Worst Product from a reputed brand
The product worked fine for just a couple of months before the battery swelling issue started. Unfortunately, I was away and couldn’t claim the warranty in time. However, spending ₹2,500 on a power bank with such poor quality, backed by only a 6-month warranty, makes no sense. It’s clear the company knows the real issues start after six months. This has been the worst product purchase I’ve made, especially from a brand I trusted for quality. If you plan to buy a product from this brand, I would strongly advise to reconsider, as it doesn’t seem to be a reliable product. I also urge the company or Amazon to provide some form of customer support, even if it’s outside the warranty period, as this seems to be a recurring defect.

Worth !!
I have been used this powerbank for one year.My 4500Mah battery phone has been charge twice.4-5 hours to get full charged with 33w adapter.I don’t after a year, powerbank’s battery got budge and not charging. So, avoided before it gets worst. Sometime, It happened due to my carelessness while charging, over supply might cause budging. But, through out a year, it was worth for me !!

Overpriced, but does the job.
I’ll get straight to the point. This review is about the 45W version of the URBN 20000mah power bank. few points that everyone forgets while using a product like this, is that-a) ‘This is a high capacity, high drain device’b) high capacity means longer charge timec) high drain means it will loose charge faster than it charges as it does so at higher Amps/Wattage.d) this means you need a capable charger to plug this into, even a 33-35W charger will seem slow. That said, here are the pros:+ charges my Macbook Pro 14 (45W is not enough, but that’s ok)+ charges my iphone and apple watch 4-5 times+ takes about 2 hours to charge (I use a 65W power brick that came with a Redmi K50i)Here are the cons- feels cheap to hold, doesn’t feel like a ₹3000 device- the battery indicator LEDs will confuse you, as the light bleeds into the next one at most viewing angles- it’s heavy and only has 2 ports, you can only charge 1 USB-C device and one USB-A device- one main problem that i did not find with Xiaomi Powerbanks that I find with this one is that when one device is charging, it will momentarily disconnects it when another device is connected to the different port.Final verdict – I should have bought something else. I do not like this powerbank. Does it work? Yes. But it feels cheap, a rushed product that didn’t go through enough beta testing before it was launched.Do i give this a benefit of doubt? Yes. I completely understand that the team behind this product tried. Will i recommend someone to buy it? No.

Worth the amount
Its charging speed is a bit slow because it is more mAh. But at the same time, it lasts also for a longer duration, Built quality is nice and strong. It is a little heavy, but manageable.
