Received incomplete product….parts were missing. I request return just after receiving the parcel immediately. And the next day after delivery parcel was picked up for return. Delivery boy had taken the parcel. But there’s no any update on it and it shows return parcel is not picked up and was cancelled? I already paid for that and return the parcel to delivery boy but didn’t receive the refund.

Efficient for Garlic, Struggles with Almonds & Raisins — Blade Quality Could’ve Been Better
I bought this small cutter mainly for quick tasks like mincing garlic and slicing dry fruits. For ₹88, it seemed like a great utility buy, and its compact design is genuinely convenient for light kitchen chores.For soft items like garlic and ginger, it does the job decently. However, when it comes to tougher ingredients like almonds, or chewy-resilient textures like raisins, the cutter struggles. Instead of slicing, the blades tend to press and crush, making fine cuts difficult.One key disappointment is the blade quality. Even considering the low price, the blade sharpness and strength feel underwhelming. In wholesale manufacturing, blade units are inexpensive, and a marginally better blade wouldn’t have impacted the product’s cost significantly — yet it would have made a huge difference in performance.Additionally, the blade-base gap adjuster feels fragile. Under slight pressure, it loosens, reducing precision further.Verdict:✔️ Useful for soft items like garlic, ginger❌ Not effective for precise cutting of hard or elastic items like almonds & raisins❌ Blade quality is an area where even at this price, expectations were not unrealistic✔️ Good for occasional small tasks, but lacks finesse

Delivers the promise
The first slicer which actually works on fry fruits without powdering them or rough chopping. I tries cashews (came out great) badam ( was a bit tough; soaking for 5-10 mins and then slicing was more even and easy) and dry dates (the toughest). But all came well.+ sharp blades work well.+ slice thickness adjustable. The lever is not too sturdy but I hope it will stand some amount of usage.+ Feels safe with the presser. Quick too.- you only get cross sectional slices. Not thin slivers. Cutting with knife later is not a good idea. They crumble even faster.But excellent for garnishing. Even better at a deal price of ~70 ₹
