I ordered the laptop on June 12, 2025 and it is showing active. On February 12, 2024 and this laptop is not working properly. I got an old laptop and I have been cheated. Amazon customer care is not giving any support and I have complained in the consumer court, so I think I will get a solution, but you should not buy it. Avoid it, this Amazon is cheating.
