Value for money
I received a defective product initially which was having issues of leaking water and discolouration of black paint. As I raised complain the seller connected me as soon as they received my email and replaced the item. It’s a good product and consumes less gas as works very quickly. Moreover having flat wide base so no chance of falling from gas burner. Indeed very good design.

Poor Bulid quality
The Agaro Moka Pot looks good from the outside, but the build quality is very disappointing. The inside has rough, unfinished aluminum surfaces that look unsafe and unhygienic. Because of this poor finish, I don’t even feel comfortable brewing coffee in it. For a product meant to brew coffee daily, proper finishing and quality control should be basic standards. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Makes a great cup of coffee
Been using this for the last 3 weeks and I must say this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It has become an integral part of my lifestyle. I look forward to brewing coffee everyday. So much so that I started getting outta bed without lethargy at the thought of making coffee lol.Using Blue Tokai Silver Oak Cafe Blend (Tried Kapikottai dark, kilpauk and kedaram too but liked BT the best)I loved the coffee it makes. I bet it’s better than any cafe you could’ve ever tasted. It makes a better coffee than even Blue Tokai Cafe itself. Starbucks and TWC are not even close. They’re too diluted for my liking.Follow the steps for a perfect cup (I found out the hard way, wasting a lot of grind in the process):1. Heat the water separately.2. Meanwhile fill the ground coffee completely in the funnel. (It’s a volumetric fill, so fill it completely irrespective of the weight)3. Take a fork and loosen the coffee ground4. Pour hot water in the vessel till half. (Can pour fully too but the pressure will be high and you need to remove the pot from stove at the exact moment)5. Tighten the vessel to the pot. (Tighten firmly. It’s important. The hot water will make it difficult and hot to touch but tighten it hard using a cloth. Otherwise steam will leak out of the side and brewing won’t be proper. I did this mistake in the first week)6. Put the smallest burner of the stove on simmer. Higher flame will make the coffee both be diluted and will splash.7. Keep the lid open and observe. Shouldn’t take more than 3 minutes.8. Observe the color. Turn off the flame when the color gets lighter. The espresso will continue flowing for a while and eventually stop. Don’t need to keep it on stove until water is completely exhausted. All the essence should’ve been extracted by now. Rest is only color water which is not good. The final brew should yield about 80gm if you filled till half9. A strong espresso is done brewing (it’s really strong since we only extracted the coffee oils and stopped the water flow once it’s done). Add milk or hot water depending on your preference and enjoy. I personally add 100g of milk and 40g of hot water making a total of 210g-220g in total (cortado ratio)

Washer broke after 10 uses
Washer got loose within 10 to 15 use. Air started leaking and then it could not push up the coffee well as air was leaking out so less pressure was built. Coffee is not very thick it is very watery. Plus new washer is around 500 rs which costs a little less than a new moka pot. Look wise its pretty.

Decent
Colour chips off easily but the build is decently good quality at this price point.

Solid build
Agaro provides solid products on a tight budget !Coffee comes out great with expected very low crema ..Although I have the same problems with the seals , but immediate cleaning after use and only filling below the brim , slightly light hold when closing the upper pot should have you work it like day 1 ! ..Sealing devices at high remp requires care ..and alas this one cant be put on induction top due to aluminium .
