Defective Dell Vostro laptop
Bought the product Dell Vostro Intel core i3 13th Gen product today and it stopped working immediately after the initial set up of the laptop. Defective laptop, just having a black screen and noise without any display. While setting up and installing updates CPU utilisation was 100%. Extremely poor quality product and processor.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this laptop. It is working perfectly fine and also all the softwares as per product description are included like MS Office, MC Cafe 5 devise one year Antivirus ,MS 365 one year , Original Windows etc .

Dead pixels on the screen
I received the laptop in a damaged outer box, though the product inside was safe. The tape on the box seemed weak. After checking the laptop, I found two dead pixels on the screen. This is not acceptable.I recommend avoiding buying this laptop online. It’s better to purchase from the local market, where you can verify everything in front of the shopkeeper. Now I regret buying this laptop because of the dead pixels. Also, the return policy is not in favor of the customer.
