Waste of money.
Waste of money. Poor performance after 3to 4 months it stop giving 10000mAH backup. At new condition I was able to charge my mobile for twice as my mobile battery is 5000mAH. After 3 to 4 months only one time. After 8 months it’s become half not even 1 times. As it was under warranty for 12 months I went to service center as per customer service guidelines but after reaching to that address came to know there is no service center. There are 2 address mentioned in the website fir kukatpally. Once I visit those address found one address, it is not service center it is a normal mobile repair shop they said they are not working for pTron any more, another address that doesn’t exist any more. Even number of that service center not in service..Even after reaching out to the customer care department what I found Even they have no idea that those service center not at all active..they asked me to go some other place which is almost 25 km where I do live in hyderabad. So not able to get solution for my powerbank after having warranty period..So I have decided will never by any product of this brand..👎👎👎
