Acko doesn’t not allow you to claim insurance, its waste to buy issuance for the products.
I bought insurance for my MI TV’s and i got my TV with screen issue, i raised and insurance request, Acko doesn’t send a proper technician to diagnose the issue and they say it is not issue issue with TV, they will not allow you to claim insurance even if that’s not physical damage, they are kind of try to avoid you taking insurance claim and its waste of your money you simply pay them for free. pathetic response from them.
