This product is a complete waste of money. It does not work at all. Not only is it a waste of money on the product, but you end up spending more by buying batteries separately. The scale itself is very lightweight, so any movement on the table it is kept on causes it to register, but each time I place an item on it to weigh, it never shows any number other than the default 0.The bald man has created this company to make himself hundreds of billions of dollars by producing nonfunctional products and providing terrible service. Have you ever tried contacting customer service? It’s impossible. What a joke this company has become in India.

Very light weight machine.
Showing different weights when placed in different positions( though the difference is only 1 gm).Actually the machine is so light weight that when a heavy weight object is placed in a corner the machine itself gets lifted from the supporting floor and showing inaccurate results.It may be built with a metallic baseplate to overcome the problem. It is supposed to weigh 10 kg. Hence the build must be according to that weight.

A simple, intuitive and well constructed food scale.It’s compact size fits well in my compact kitchen.The stainless steel plate for the scale is easy to clean and looks attractive.It’s used daily in my household and has held up well over months looking brand new, and has survived some abuse from a toddler.My only minor complaint is that it is not sensitive enough to measure to a decimal place on the gram setting. This is very rare that I would need this, but when I do it would be nice. It would not stop me from buying this scale again if needed.
