The charger worked fine for a bit, then failed to deliver power to device (iphone) and now refuses to charge. It won’t power on – all LEDs are all off and it just gets VERY hot when plugged in. I’ve discontinued use for safety but can’t find a way to return it – Amazon does not present a RETURN button for this product. Not Happy… TBUpdate. I went back in again later and after going round many loops and dead-ends I eventually found a link to a chat. I tried it and they sent me a postage paid label to return the faulty unit and expedited a replacement. That arrived today and is currently charging fine. So … good recovery from Amazon – I updated the review, but only 4 stars since it was so hard to find the chat. Much happier now though… TB
