Excellent AC, (No smart Features though)
I wanted to deduct one star for no wifi connectivity/ smart features as advertised, however since i never expected that feature its fine. Word of caution it wont connect to wifi or work with Alexa /Google home although Bluestar says so.Coming to good side of the product, it works great. Noise levels are little on higher side(important little higher) compared to my LG ac.takes 12-15 minutes to cool the room of 150sqmts on average.Option to control AC tonnage on fly is excellentInstallation people were trying to sell their expensive stabilizer (3200/-). Dont buy it. I repeat dont buy it. This is a stabilizer free ac still for peace of mind if u mind buy one from amazon directly you would get it under 2000/-.Installation was perfect in Gurgaon area(may vary from location to location)Coming to the additoonal charged that You would have to payOutdoor unit stand-750 to 1000Extra copper pipe(including both thick and thin) – 850 to 950 per metrePower cord if extra required – 120 per metreIndoor unit to outdoor unit power cord – 150 metreStandard installation charges(was 599 when i ordered) may vary at the time when you acGST – on total amount GST would be addedPlease note this is as per the rate card installation technicians carry and I would advise not to fight with them as they are also common people and cant do anything in that regard.Overall ac performs greatIt costed me total of 39000 + 4000 = approx 43000. Unexpected Noise Issue in New Blue Star AC
I purchased the Blue Star 2 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC just a few days ago, and unfortunately, my experience so far has not been ideal. While the AC does provide decent cooling, one major concern has been present from day one — the unit makes a noticeable and unusual sound every time it starts. This isn’t the typical low hum of a compressor; it’s a distinct noise that is clearly not normal for a brand-new inverter AC. I’ve recorded a video of the sound and attached. This sound occurs every time the unit powers on or when the compressor kicks in. It’s only been 3–4 days since installation, and the issue has persisted from the very beginning. For a new product, this raises concerns about either a manufacturing defect or installation-related issues. It’s disappointing to have problems so early with a reputed brand, and I hope the issue is resolved quickly through either repair or replacement.

Very bad service experience after install.
Bought two AC units. One was installed perfectly and the other one was not installed correctly. It did not cool and I lodged a case within 3 days of install. Blue Star team tells that they will send someone but never did. It’s been 2 weeks since install, and one ac simply does not cool.Not a suggested purchase if you do not have time to follow up.
