Backup not as expected
Product is Ok, compact in size but the capacity is not as marketed. It says 10000mAh but its not. For a charge of 53% of my iPhone XS it consumed around 34 percent of the powerbank which makes its total output around 4000 mAh or even less than that. Charging speed is quite good but not the backup.

Been using the boAt Air Series power bank for a month now and honestly, it’s way better than the usual bulky ones I’ve tried before. Compact size – almost like a credit card – makes it easy to carry, and charging speed is solid with my 20W Apple charger. It easily powers up my Smartphones fully with some juice left. Doesn’t heat up much, though ek baar continuous use ke baad turant charge kiya toh thoda garam ho gaya, but overheating protection kicked in and saved it. Let it cool down and it worked fine again. Overall, sleek design, reliable performance, and definitely value for money.
