Since I needed the power bank urgently, I contacted Amazon Customer Care to request early delivery. The customer service agent was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring the product was delivered a day before the scheduled time. Kudos to the team for such great support!Unboxing ExperienceThe power bank arrived sealed in two layers of packaging:The outer package was properly sealed with the boAt logo sticker intact, indicating no tampering.However, upon opening the outer packaging, I noticed that the inner box was not fully sealed. One side of the box appeared to have been cut open with a sharp object, which was concerning. I had previously purchased 10000mAh power bank it lasted well for more than a year and due to my usage requirements i upgraded to 20000 mah power bank. the build quality is superb. it has good output of 22.5 watts which is sufficient for me. the charging cord provided is of perfect size and supports quick charge. Its light weight and easy to carry in bag for picnic or camping. I like the product at this price point as its an useful product. its really a value for money and a saviour for draining mobile battery issue.
