Despite having a warranty for another year, getting help has been a nightmare.The platform doesn’t allow direct chat with the responsible customer service team, making it even more frustrating.I urge potential buyers to think twice before investing in this product. My point of you it’s good but it can match for cold coffee shake milkshake etc because the battery power is very slow and the twice you have to charge it so it is good for cold coffee shake it’s not good for making any juice it’s my point of you

Dont buy this product, as you should use this blender, need a proper cleaning. Small amount water used for cleaning also damaging the mother board. Whoever want to buy this product , please ignore and warranty is nightmare. Warranty only works for physical damage itseems, not for any motherboard damage due to water.
