Worst experience buying this refrigerator. There is manufacturing defect in this product so, to replace or return this product we need to wait 48hrs for inspection service from bosch then after few days waiting they haven’t updated report to amazon. I called amazon customer care 3 times and each time they said to wait for 48hrs to resolve the issue(one customer care personal doesn’t even understand what I am saying he simply say wait for 48hrs). For anyone who bought this product but have some defect it is so hard to return and in mycase we exchanged with old refrigerator. So, I needed to suffer for a week and still I am not sure when they will be returning. Complete failure from both company/amazon.
