Vacuuming is great, device is very silent. With external dust tank, we don’t have to worry about cleaning the dust tanks too often. This is helpful to my mother to keep the house cleaned when we are not at hometown. And mopping just okay, but everyday use will give you great results.

One of the worst purchases I have made in my life. Logistics and support nightmare!
I’ll try to keep this brief.The product worked well the first few months, cleaned and mopped my 3BHK fairly well. Manual intervention is needed once in a while when it gets stuck or when there are hard stains on the floor.One day it just kept throwing an error that the mop wasn’t dry. Tried changing the mop but seemed like there was some hardware/software issue to fix which are beyond my capabilities.The support team picked up and serviced the product. The product had the same issue and this time the mapping feature just didn’t work. I tried remapping it almost 5 times but it just didn’t get it right. Clearly something was wrong with the product that was way worse than when it started.The second time I complained, the logistics team called me everyday for 2 weeks confirming a time and never picked up the product for the time they committed. They infact mentioned that I had refused pick up. It has been 20 days as of today and nobody has picked up a product which is promised as part of my warranty.This has proven to be one of the worst purchases I have made in my life in terms of product quality, service and professionality. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Best investment in budget
This maid does not do kich kich in 2BHK. We have a labrador and it is helping a lot. Thank you Dreme for making such a wonder product. We wake up early morning with clean floor and feels so positive as the main home chores is completed.We bought it for 26999 and if there is offer you can buy. Keeping home clean is so important especially for prosperity. This has helped with the mapping feature. Will definitely go for the next model in future from this brand as have already purchased a cordless stick h12 then it was 24999 and is now for maintenance for the battery after 1.5yrs of working so well. Service is good. Just make sure to mail them on time. They do respond.Bought this robo because in pregnancy needed help with cleaning. If machines can be helpful take the help, don’t question too much on the price all the time as the effort is reduced to 99 percent all you need is taking good care of it too just like any gadget.Of course it would be great with Dreme ultra or pro version if you have a higher budget. When shifting to 4BHK I would take the higher version one.Will review after a year for this robo. Till then deligate your work and live joyfully and work on your innerself daily not the floors. Because floor is taken care of by Dreme.

A good gadget to replace your ” Jhadu -Pochha waali bai”
The cleaning quality of the machine is very good.Even wet mopping is done very efficiently. The UI could have been more simple and user friendly. Apart from normal dust, hair or lint the machine cannot handle small objects like paper pieces, popcorn, peanuts or similarly larger objects. Over all the machine suits the normal cleaning needs and is efficient too.

Without the application running on your phone this robot loses a lot of functionality, like room mapping etc.When logging into the app it tries to download a plug-in for the robot, but fails. It failed on two different phones and the app has been deleted and reinstalled. So that is the end of that really, this robot is not fit for purpose because the software simply doesn’t work. I haven’t even managed to test it. It is like buying a car which arrives with no key.Oh and the customer support from Dreame is terrible, chatbot on the website prompts me to look at buying a robot lawnmower after trying to tell it that I need help with the app.Very disappointing

Ottimo per la pulizia giornaliera, ha un’ottima aspirazione, un ottimo sistema di navigazione e i panni danno una bella rinfrescata al pavimento. Considerando il prezzo contenuto la considero una buona scelta, la uso da almeno un anno

It cannot enter its own dock. Doesn’t lift high enough and makes terrible noises, as if it’s an elephant. There must be something stuck. The box was open, this wasn’t a new device I think. It needs to go back … this simply is unacceptable.

Ho utilizzato la soluzione detergente Dreame con il mio robot L40 Ultra e devo dire che funziona alla perfezione. Il flacone da 1000 ml dura davvero tanto e permette di effettuare numerose sessioni di pulizia profonda.La formula è molto efficace nel rimuovere sporco ostinato e macchie, senza danneggiare il pavimento, anche se delicato come parquet o laminato. Inoltre lascia un profumo fresco, piacevole e non troppo invasivo.L’applicazione è semplicissima: basta versare la quantità consigliata nel serbatoio del robot e avviare la pulizia. Ho notato che con questo detergente la pulizia è molto più efficace rispetto al solo utilizzo di acqua.Consiglio vivamente questo prodotto a chi possiede il Dreame L40 Ultra: migliora davvero le prestazioni del robot e garantisce un pavimento perfettamente pulito senza alcuno sforzo.
