Review From an Indian User’s Perspective
We purchased the Robo L10s Ultra a week ago. Before buying, had several doubts, especially since the company and product are new to India. In fact, had never heard of this company. However, upon researching online, I found that the company was founded in China in 2017 and is part of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain. This information instilled some confidence to further investigate the product’s worth.Conducted my own research, compared it with similar products on the market, and established that we needed a device that excelled in mopping. Vacuuming has been well-handled by the first generation of robots, and all current brands have decent functioning bots for vacuum sweeping. However, mopping, especially in Indian conditions, is a crucial function. A bot that doesn’t mop well has a limited functional role, and mopping is a significantly more complex problem than vacuuming.Through my research, I found that bots with emptying stations that can clean the mopping pads and have rotating mopping disks are clear differentiators. Only a few companies offer this product, and they are generally 3 to 4 times more expensive than other bots. This is why we ultimately chose Dreametech.I even spoke to the customer support on the number displayed on Amazon product page. The customer support and sales responded to all my queries and also did follow-up calls with the information which they did not have. Yes, the product and team being new, they also have to guess go back and do some work to answer 🙂Post purchase of the product the installation and demo / training was done by the local support team. We are in Hyderabad and Dreame has local support person available here. When I raised the installation request, the local support contacted me back within few hours and the installation was done in our in the same day! This was actually a surprise because I was thinking that the company being new will not be able to be so swift.With usage of the product of one week, would like to list out what is good and bad.ProsAutomatic emptying system: Super handy. No need to mess around. The mopping disks get cleaned in every 200 to 300 sq feet automatically by sending the robo to the stationHigh suction power: With 5300Pa, it doesn’t miss a thing, from dirt and small objects to random bits and pieces.Smart navigation: The AI 3D tech in this robot is cool – avoids furniture and bumps like a pro.Good battery life: The battery lasts a good while and it cleans up really well. Perfect for those with big homes.Easy to use: The Dreamehome app is well-made with relevant notifications, key settings, and overrides including zone wise preferences and no-go zones, etc. It takes a while to get used to the app but once you understand, it’s very usable and functionalThere are a few downsides to mention:- When it comes to multi-floor mopping, you’ll need to turn off the self-cleaning feature for the mopping pads. That’s because you can carry the bot to another floor, but the emptying station stays put. This is definitely something that needs a solution.- The bot doesn’t seem to pick up on smaller items like wires. It steps on them and then gets stuck. I’m hopeful that the algorithm will improve over time and this issue will be sorted out.- We’ve noticed that sometimes the pads leave a white streak in certain areas.- Lastly, the bot makes a pretty loud noise while cleaning the mopping pads, which can be a bit annoying.

Worst Product + Very bad service (Dont fall for the price drop trap)
There is too many issues with this product.Doesnt dock properly, water keeps leaking, every now and then stands ideal.In just 2 months, problem started. The only suggestion Dreame customer support has is to system reset the robot.And have ended up doing reset every month (This is not how it is supposed to work, which also means all data lost)From August 28, it has completely shutdown. No sound nor working.The technician dint even visit the place. He asked me to pack the entire thing and Bluedart was sent to recv the entire product.And its been 7 days now. No response, no update from them, no email, no call.In fact the technician wont even receive the call.I dont recommend this product to anyone, go for other brand who will provide service.

An awesome device which lacks proper customer support.
I had thought that these ROBO vacuums weren’t for proper or serious cleaning but were equivalent to toys for early tech adapters. That is certainly not the case anymore. This is a great device. Although it costs a lot, it takes the responsibility of cleaning floors completely on itself. The base station is the main star here with auto cleaning of mop pads, auto emptying dust and taking care of dirty and clean water.The only cons I see are; limited one year warranty and lack of accessories (You have to order from China).Edit: You can’t order accessories from China (It didn’t work for me at least). The local customer support keeps on procrastinating about this issue.Edit 2: Buying accessories from China finally did work but it’s a lot of hassle.

I just loved it. The product is amazing and cleans each and every corner of my house. The vaccum is strong and effective. No single dust left . In one hour it complete the task for a 6 room house. We have lot of options to customise the task and operation in its app. Definitely a recommended product. Go for it.

Product failed quickly in just 2 weeks
I purchased the L10s Ultra on 16th Aug and just within 2 weeks the permanently offline issue has popped up for which it has to go for repair.It’s very frustrating experience that a brand new product failed so quickly.I am not very sure on the product quality after repair and thus would request to replace the product itself .Reliability is highly questionable here if the product goes for repair within 2 weeks .It’s very risky to trust this brand for quality assurance. I am not sure how they are managing to sell it when reliability is so poor .

Anteriormente tenía un Roborock S7 Pro Ultra, que era un gran producto pero su estación necesitaba un mantenimiento periódico para que la zona de lavado de la mopa no oliera literalmente a alcantarilla. La estación de Dreame simplifica enormemente este mantenimiento ya que su limpieza es rápida y mucho más efectiva.Las mopas giratorias no tienen nada que envidiar a las mopas vibratorias de Roborock a pesar de que esta marca las usa para sus productos de gama media. El suelo se moja más y se seca rápido cuando se usa agua caliente para lavar las mopas. La mopa extensible de Dreame apura la limpieza hasta los rodapiés aunque esta opción eleva considerablemente el tiempo de limpieza. En casa hemos optado por el uso de esta función un día de la semana ya que nos parece las más equilibrada para cuidar del mobiliario, los rodapiés y del propio robot sin renunciar a una limpieza más profunda puntualmente.No encuentro mucha diferencia en cuanto al ruido entre el Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat y el Roborock S7 Pro Ultra. La calidad del aspirado tambien es similar en ambos productos.Si existen diferencias en la navegación. El Dreame es más respetuoso con el mobiliario y los rodapiés. Apenas se producen golpes. El Roborock es más atrevido y pasa por debajo de muebles con hueco inferior de 10 cm. El Dreame necesita unos 12 cm de hueco para asegurar la limpieza debajo del mobiliario.Los depósitos del Dreame son más grandes que los del Roborock. Esto permite lavar las mopas con mayor frecuencia o emplear más agua en la limpieza sin que tengamos que llenarlos o vaciarlos cada dos o tres días. Además Dreame comercializa en España el kit de conexión para conectar la estación a un desagüe y a una toma de agua limpia. Para Roborock, se debe recurrir a tiendas chinas y pagar prácticamente el doble.Obviamente no todo son halagos para Dreame. La aplicación tiene una traducción mediocre y la voz del robot es un español latino que a veces cuesta entender. Se agradecería un español local.

He tenido otros robots de los que pasan la mopa, pero si no los pausaba cada dos por tres para limpiarle la mopa, te iba refrengando la suciedad por todos lados.A este Dreame lo probé haciendo una prueba dura. Deje una semana el piso sin limpiar, y cuando llegó lo limpió todo prácticamente como si se hubiera hecho a mano. Limpia muy bien.Lo comento porque no encontré este comentario por ninguna parte.Cuando el robot va a limpiar a una habitación donde no está la base, lleva las mopas levantadas para no dejar rastro por el camino a la habitación y llegar con las mopas sucias (como el Cecotec 11090 Spin Revolution). Cuando termina de limpiar, o cuando necesita ir a limpiar las mopas, también retorna a la base con las mopas levantadas.Tiene muchos modos de limpieza configurable, diferente para cada habitación. Si programas la limpieza para uso cotidiano, mi piso de 75m cuadrados, limpia pasando 2 veces por cada habitación, y 3 veces por los 2 baños y la cocina, usa el depósito completo de 2,7 litros de agua . Si lo pones en modo de limpieza profunda, necesita casi 2 depósitos (el robot avisa), pero de verdad que esto para mi no es ningún inconveniente viendo los resultados tan buenos de limpieza y que este modo se usa muy eventualmente.El software de navegación es bastante bueno y está muy bien conseguido. Hace unas rutas más lógica que otros robots y las pasadas por las zonas mas estrechas lo hace al milímetro bastante bien. Y el mapeo de la casa lo hace bastante rápido, en mi caso menos de 5 minutos .

Dies ist mein vierter Saugroboter.Gestartet bin ich mit einem Ecovacs Ozmo 950, dann einen Ecovacs T10 und bin danach zum Dreame L10s Ultra gewechselt.Letzteren musste ich leider, trotz super Leistung, zweimal wegen einem Defekt reklamieren. Beim zweiten Mal habe ich dann eine Erstattung in Anspruch genommen.Da ich aber grundsätzlich von Dreame überzeugt war, wollte ich den Nachfolger ausprobieren. Daher also nun den L10S Pro Ultra HEAT.Vor allem der ausschwenkende Wischam ist für mich ein absoluter Mehrwert. Ich finde die Wischleistung bereits beim Vorgänger super. Aber diese Feature setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf.Ebenfalls gibt es endlich einen Roboter, bei dem man einstellen kann, dass dieser mit der Maserung vom Parker wischt. Ein absoluter Bringer!Allgemein habe ich das Gefühl, die Navigation ist etwas präziser als beim Vorgänger.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die nachfüllbare Kartusche für das Reinigungsmittel. So ist man nicht mehr an das vergleichsweise teure Reinigungsmittel der Herstellers gebunden.Sehr faszinierend ist ebenfalls CleanGenius funktion, durch welche der Sauger den Verschmutzungsgrad der Räume erkennt und diese bei Bedarf noch einmal nachreinigt.Zuletzt möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass die Möppe nun mehr als 3 mm höher angehoben werden können. Ebenfalls sitzen diese nun wesentlich fester in der Halterung.Insgesamt ein super Upgrade. Ich bin bisher echt begeistert und kann das Gerät nur empfehlen!
