Complaint Regarding Defective Product and Unresolved Return Request
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase. Upon receiving the item, I was dismayed to discover that there were no electronic components inside the plastic casing—only a plastic shell and a USB cable were present. As a result, I was unable to use the HDD, rendering the product completely non-functional.When I initiated a return request, Amazon customer service instructed me to upload images and informed me that an investigation would be conducted before proceeding with a complaint. I was told this process would take 4–6 working days. Although I complied with all instructions, and by the time the return window had unfortunately closed.Consequently, I am left with a defective item and have lost my hard-earned money without any resolution. I urge others to exercise caution when purchasing electronic items online, as such experiences can be both financially and emotionally frustrating.I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that mechanisms will be strengthened to protect customers from such occurrences in the future.
