3rd class product.1st time we received used product then we applied for replacement. When the replacement arrived delivery boy first reluctant to take the product saying color doesn’t match with the productAfter discussion he accepted the replacement and provided us new oneGuess the 2nd shipment which we received is also used and have. Lots of scratches in the pot. Kindly take your product and provide us full refund.

Purchased for my wife. The first time she went to use it, it went for half a dozen strokes then jammed up. I hadn’t looked at the implement closely until then, and I was shocked at how cheap it looked for a c. $50 chopper. I couldn’t get it to work without pulling the housing apart. Contact with Amazon Customer Service had a refund issued quickly, and they didn’t want the item back. I may try pulling it apart but most likely it will end up in the bin.
