Manufacturing defect in a sealed piece
A brand new sealed battery pack was delivered with 100 % charge but i was not able to charge it till 100 % since then. Charging stops once charging reaches 63% . I mailed company for replacement but its been a week and there is no response.. would not recommend due to bad customer service..
