No Warranty, after 2 years under repair. Charged ~3K.
No Warranty applied, Repair after 2 years 2 months, compressor gone they charged around 3k for gas filling. Previously no noise, now always some charging/cooling noise. In fact it’s not giving much cooling, Also in freezer, in high mode its not freezing like ice. Waste product.

Based on the review by some of the customers and myself, this model seems to have some inherent defects. I did notice once every few reviews highlight noise issue. The piece I received also had the same problem. When the compressor runs, we hear a wave / boiling water on a kettle / flow sound. As if the fridge breaths. The noise is load enough to be disturbing and nothing we experienced with other fridges that we ever had or seen. Raised a complaint with Godrej, it was confirmed as a manufacturing defect and it was replaced in about 2 weeks by Godrej. This replaced fridge (same model), has no noise issue like the first, but has other issues. It came with broken veg tray that is below the fridge, a small crack near the door handle and the door handle itself is not properly finished. It also has lot of scratches on the inside the fridge (the white plastic surface) even though we opened the pack and it appeared like a first-time unboxing. One of the issues may be that Amazon “properly” delivered with 2 people, when Godrej delivered the replacement, it was “just” one person who delivered it. We decided to swap the veg tray with the first one and live with the crack and scratches. No noise now, but this fridge does make more sound than our previous fridges of various brands especially when running at full capacity / speed.Pros:5 Star energy rating – we have to see on the long run is it really 100 odd units/yearDoor has a modern design to keep various things.Very reasonable priceGood experience with Customer Support – the technician knew the tech and they kept informing me about the state of replacement (well mostly)Cons:Probable Hit or miss – either noise issue or you get a broken piece (physically)Higher running noise.Finish could have been better too (wires hanging, empty screw cuts)Godrej being in the field of refrigeration for decades and being an Indian company along with the 5 star rating was the reason for us to choose this model, but we have to live with what we got.

Since, my purchase it has been working great. But I’m not a fan of open wire design. There are lots of wire visible in the back and near the freezer. There is not that much mouse attack in my house but still. It was never the case with my old LG refrigerator.
