Cooling is very good in 2hr it got chill.But material quality inside cabin is low. Otherwise it is good fridge. Its a light wieght fridge easily u will remove.

Avoid Godrej Refrigerators: A Nightmare ExperienceOn April 12, 2024, I purchased a brand new Godrej Refrigerator via Amazon with high hopes. However, from the moment it arrived, issues began to surface. The technician who came for the demo assured us that the cooling would kick in after a while, which is standard for new appliances. Yet, when we attempted to store food, it became apparent that the refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly. This prompted us to file a complaint—shouldn’t a new appliance work out of the box?Four days later, on April 16, the technician returned. Despite our insistence for a thorough check to validate our return or replacement request, he dismissed the problem as minor, claiming it would resolve itself within four hours. This temporary fix lasted for three weeks before the same issue recurred.Finally, on June 20, 2024, another technician diagnosed the problem: there was no gas in the compressor of our supposedly brand new fridge. This revelation was shocking and utterly unacceptable.Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue proved equally futile. We were given a supervisor’s number, only to have our calls ignored. Multiple calls to customer care, including a lengthy conference call involving three supervisors and the technician, led nowhere. The regional sales manager’s response was perhaps the most disheartening—he confirmed there was no policy for returning a faulty product, even within the warranty period.Godrej’s lack of concern for customer satisfaction is appalling. Their customer service is ineffectual, wasting hours of our time with no resolution in sight. They knowingly sell faulty products, seemingly oblivious to the inconvenience and frustration caused to customers.In conclusion, based on my harrowing experience, I strongly advise against purchasing Godrej refrigerators. Save yourself from the headache and disappointment of dealing with a company that disregards its customers’ concerns and sells subpar products. In this product delivery was exact and excellent.
