After over 15 years with Mac, I’m changing to HP Laptop. I didn’t remember how easy were Windows computers. I recommend this one in particular. Design, value for money, storage capacity, speed, very good quality.

Battery issue
Serial Number mentioned in the Invoice is Not matching with the Serial number mentioned in the Laptop. This discrepancy is observed when we taken up with HP Service for Battery issues under warranty. Now we are back and forth trying to contact Amazon and the supplier for getting the revised invoice to do service under warranty. Better to buy high value items particularly electronic items by visiting the shop
