I ordered two of these products. One was returned prior to the second one as it had a bad hard drive. A refund was issued. I returned the second laptop – same issue – bad hard drive – and Seller will not issue refund of $1,099.99 as Seller stated it was out of time frame. I did not know this was 30 day return policy. The second laptop returned was a few days out of the time frame. My question is, what happens to my refund? Very frustrated with Amazon right now. Please advise.
