Overall Good.
I have used this for over an year now. Given the way I use it, its really good quality. I had to add my own 8 GB of ram as just 8 GB wasn’t enough for me. Thinking of adding extra nvme SSDs too. And yes, the screen wobble is true but it never ever bothered me. i mean it isn’t problematic actually. Good 200W charger too. Just keep the laptop clean. HP support was also good.

ITS A BEAST!
I was searching for a laptop which would serve me for long time. My last laptop was HP pavilion 15 and served me for 9 yrs and still running. My requirement was to get a laptop which would serve me for long time. I am not a regular game player. So, I looked for all options. Dell G 15 was on cards however when i was doing research I found out that at same price I was getting an i7 12 gen. I ordered this beast. Specs wise it’s an i7 12th gen, RTX3050 4 GB, 512 GB SSD, 8 GB ram, 15,6 inch with a 144 Hz refresh rate. I chose to exchange an old dell laptop and got another discount of 10% on sbi credit card during ongoing sale. Exchange value was also decent.thanks to amazon for amazing delivery and exchange experience. I got the laptop in 3 days.I am not a professional user of a laptop however as soon as I got it, I edited few Go Pro videos and few dashcam videos. Soon after that I handled video editing for some work. This laptop worked like a breeze. It handled all the huge sized videos with ease. I also used it to project the display onto a data wall and to my surprise, it extended the display instead of normal duplication. It made my work easy as i was able to do my work in background without anyone in audience knowing about it. Till now its a great experience, Battery life is obviously lesser due to i7 and GPU but gaming laptops will have lesser battery life anyway. The display screen is also good. It did not hurt my eyes even after long working on the screen. It looks and feels good. Its not flimsy, it looks very dated and has a good venting and cooling system. It has a backlight keyboard as well and comes with office and windows 10 preloaded.Its a must buy and, in this price, its a win win situation.

Budget friendly high specs laptop
Earlier I was skeptical about the seller and laptop, but laptop was recieved in well packed manner.Don’t worry about the warranty, before receiving the laptop,I checked using the serial number provided by seller which showed only 6 months left but once I received the laptop and set it up, warranty got refreshed and now it has 1 yr of warranty.Cons-It has only ssd slot, so ever you need to upgrade it, you have to replace the existing ssd.Screen wobbles a bit but it is not much a problem to me personally.Display is below average, not meant for professional photo/video editing.

Product warranty is expired before purchase
I purchased this laptop on 9 th August 2024 but it’s warenty already got expired on 15 th October 2023 , warenty got expired 1 year back even before purchasing the laptop

Buy with correct configuration
The Good: All round good mid-gaming laptop.The laptop works perfectly for engineering heavy tasks such as Mapping and engineering drawings. Tactile feedback from a mousepad and a decent battery is a godsend. A full-fledged keyboard is good for writing a report and doing calculations using the shortcut buttons above num pads. Overall a solid-built laptop for heavy office work and light gaming.The Bad: ZERO upgrade potentialThe only 2 issues I have with this model are that the motherboard originally supports 2 m2 NVME slots and 2 RAM slots capable of 64GB total RAM but bus config only allows a maximum 16GB configuration of 2X8 GB DDR4 RAMs. In terms of m2 slots, only one slot is available which can be expanded at the expense of discarding the original one. I would go for better alternatives than this overpriced laptop if I knew it earlier.

Good Product. Bad service from Amazon
The laptop is great. But service from amazon is pathetic. My invoice did not contain serial number, so i couldn’t claim my freebees with laptop and couldn’t extend my warranty also. I called amazon customer care multiple times for one month. Everytime they say i will receive an updated invoice. But i never received. So now i cant claim my offers from HP. Very disappointed with Amazon.
