I purchased the IFB 241L 3 Star Inverter Double Door Refrigerator (Model: IFBFF-2913DBSE) with high expectations based on the brand reputation. However, I’ve been extremely disappointed with its performance. Since day one, the second door compartment (presumably the fridge section) is not cooling properly, making it practically unusable for storing everyday essentials.What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to IFB service, there has been no response or resolution provided to date. This kind of after-sales negligence is unacceptable, especially for a product in this price range.I sincerely hope IFB addresses this issue urgently and improves both product quality checks and customer service responsiveness.

Pretty good marketing scam-The four year warranty!
Basically I have chosen this product in warranty terms. But realised the scam later the product is delivered and installed. There is no difference between IFB brand 4 year warranty and other brands one year warranty.The IFB brand and Amazon doesn’t share the flawed (not for both of them) warranty terms on the product page. All together IFB also another brand practicing deceiving marketing tactics.Rating the product is not at all related to product I am just unhappy that I got cheated.I suggest review readers please make a note of it in case, if you are choosing this IFB refrigerator on the basis of 4 warranty.Refrigerator is working fine for now and warranty now a days my foot.
