Complete Disappointment
Writing this review after 1 year getting irritated thought of sharing my review ” I bought the JioTag, and honestly, it’s been a huge disappointment.• Zero Location Accuracy: The so-called “tracking” feature is a joke. It just shows a 1 km area circle, which means your device could be anywhere within that range. That completely defeats the purpose of having a tracker.• No Live Tracking: There’s absolutely no real-time tracking like advertised. It just refreshes after a long delay and gives an approximate zone — not an exact location.• Battery Drain Issue: The battery drains every 2–3 months, even when you’re barely using it. Then you have to spend extra money replacing it frequently — a pure waste of time and money.• Pointless Notifications: The notifications are misleading and don’t really alert you when your item is actually lost or far away. It doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to, unlike Apple’s AirTag, which is far more reliable and accurate.• iPhone Connectivity: It connects easily with the iPhone, but that’s where the good part ends — because it doesn’t show the correct device or location afterward. So, you end up with a connected device that’s practically useless.”

I have received the package in very good condition I had no problem in receiving or ordering the product. It is working so well. I don’t know why the ratings of this product are so low. This product is too good for me it can track up to 10 km I have tested it ,really you should buy it, if needed. And it is easy to find cause it uses Google find my hub it gets a perfect location like you have ever used Google maps and directions it’s the same you can see its directions by Google find my hub app you can find its parent tutorial easily on YouTube. And it is solid it is very compatibility, it is durable but it is made of plastic and it is safe to carry it also comes with double sided tape and extra battery.

Completely useless – waste of money!
I bought the Jio Tag Air expecting basic tracking functionality. In reality, it barely works.The tag shows “disconnected” even when it’s in the next room. If I move slightly away, tracking stops entirely.There is no real-time tracking, no useful alerts, and the app experience is confusing and unreliable. If the tag can’t track an item inside my own house, expecting it to work outside is a joke.This product fails at its core purpose. Save your money.The idea behind this product is good!

Product is good, but it’s dependency on network is not compare with apple AirTag, coz apple AirTag work with eco system apple surrounded by any AirTag give exact location of product but jio tag is work on limited surroundings and yet to find how is work , coz I’m work if form last 1week product is connect when we are around with it but is can’t be traceable once you leave it at some point
