Amazon is Untrustworthy while refunding payment even after product is returned and collected. Amazon contact system makes it extremely difficult to allow you to easily connect on phone with there customer support. And instead of promptly resolving the refund , customer support person just keeps on giving wayward replies. My refund isn’t received for days even after my defective product was collected and received by supplier.
