The rubber of the product is very hard and of very poor quality. it is neither able to wipe the water off a surface (vertical or horizontal) like a squeegee does nor is it soft or absorbent enough to soak up the water. Even to retract the handle to squeeze the rubber requires a tremendous amount of force. The product is unfortunately of no use at all and with Amazon’s growing NO RETURN policy sellers are finding it easy to put low quality products on the market and get away with it. All in all a very very sad experience

I recently purchased the VROKLA Mini Mop and I’m really impressed with its performance. The compact design is perfect for cleaning tight spaces like kitchen counters, windows, and even car interiors. A waste of time. I even ordered a replacement thinking the first one must be defective but no. Even the replacement doesnt work. The sponge just wouldn’t click and set. Extremely disappointing as I actually thought this would be a good one.

Good Product but inconsistent packaging and seller support
I bought two of these, one for myself and the other for my brother. The one I got did not have the spare sponge as promised by the seller. Also, the sponge given with it was very hard and does not even fold making it very difficult to clean with it.On the contrary, the one my brother got was in good condition and included everything as promised in the package.Overall, good product, useful but inconsistent packaging.
