This is as good as the original. Adaptation is thoughtful,but at some places the rule description is ambiguous. That leaves it open for house rules . There are new game mechanics added. The properties are now items, actions are spells.And charcter with special abilities to choose from.It’s fun to yell out spell when playing the action card. And yes I am 35+ years old. A must buy for Harry Potter fan.

My niece loved it
My niece is a fan of this game, even I did not know she will like the game this much.She is 7yrs old and used to play the board game monopoly a lot. So she knew the rules very well. I bought her this game as the board game used to continue for hours together. She loved the card game version.
