Touch functions do not work with sub par bass and ANC.
1. None of the touch functions work and the plastic body is of cheap quality which on falling make you in eligible for a refund or warranty claim.2. Sub par ANC works only when listening to music, with little to no bass, poor sound quality.Overall the product is a failure.
