Dear Seller,I purchased 04/07/2025 dates from your store on Amazon. Upon receiving the product, I was disappointed with the quality. The dates appeared dry, lacked freshness, and were not consistent with the images and description shown on the product listing page.As the product does not meet the advertised standards, I kindly request a refund or a replacement. I hope you will look into this issue seriously and ensure better quality control moving forward.

Very Poor Quality product.its injurious to health
I have opened one and believe me it is not even fit for animal consumption. It has a strange odor and when you touch the upper surface with your tongue, its sweetness is extra but from inside it is not at all fit for consumption.Established since 1926, U.A.E. based firm and VKC NUTS Pvt. Ltd.We did not expect this from you.It is better that you take back the product and give a refund.Otherwise you will be responsible for any future loss.
