Stopped working after months, got a replacement!!
I had purchased this in Oct 2024. The mixie machine is very powerful and it does the job extremely well. The jar is very strong,, and its lid is tightly sealed. It’s been 8 months; it was working very well.2 months ago, I went to my home,, leaving it unused at the hostel. I came back months later, put fruits & milk into the jar, connected it to the power supply, and turned it on, but it didn’t rotate. I cross-checked everything; even the power supply was there. The only thing was the Mixie machine wasn’t working.I made a call to the service. They told me info has already been shared to my whatsapp. There they asked me for a range of information, such as my address, product invoice, and the issue I had. They also asked for some images and video samples of the mixie machine. I sent it all to them.Ms. Ayesha was handling my issue. She told me she’ll arrange a replacement only for the mixie machine, as I was a recently purchased customer. Just after 6 days, I got the replacement done and received the newer mixie machine. Till now it’s working well.Cookwell is the company that manages Nutripro products. So, a very big thank you to Ms. Ayesha and Cookwell Private Limited for arranging the replacement as well as the smooth delivery of the mixie machine within days.Talking again about the product, I believe this is a perfect mixie machine set for normal users like me. If you are a heavy user and will use it multiple times a day and for the entire week, making juices, chutneys, and many more every day, then I’ll recommend you go for a bigger and more capable machine. But, if your requirements are not that high, then it’s an adequate mixie machine.

There was an issue with the product therefore contacted “Cookwell Domestic Appliances” customer care. Ms. Aliya who attended the call gave a patient hearing and said she would get back in 10 minutes. Promptly she returned the call giving me an immediate solution to the issue I had raised.Said she would replace the machine since it was under warranty. She initiated the replacement process the very next day. I was updated with the details of despatch and she assured me the replacement would reach me soon.I received the replacement yesterday. Besides a small glitch which would happen to any manufactured product,the product is definitely good and does fulfill what the manufacturer claims. It is worth buying you will never regret. The product works very well. I use it on a regular basis for making chutneys and paste. The machine is speedy and does its work properly. The customer support is top notch and they guarantee customer satisfaction. The response by the care team was prompt. When my mixer broke down after few months of usage, I contacted the customer care centre. They were quick and arranged for a replacement after I shared some basic details.
