The 2 year extended warranty has been a horrible experience. Whenever you contact Amazon, they tell you to call the brand. When you contact the brand, they send you back to Amazon. You end up getting tossed around like a football with no real support from anyone. This warranty feels completely useless.

Feedback on OneAssist Extended Warranty Purchase
In my delivery feedback I had mentioned that I have not received the warranty card via email. In the welcome email, I have received, it is mentioned that it would take 30 days time to onboard me, which is little long. Based on my feedback, I received a call from customer care team of OneAssist. I was asked to share the purchase invoices of the product I purchased and the extended warranty I purchased from OneAssist. I have done so. I hope the warrany details would be updated in the system as per the timelines and the same would also reflect on OneAssist App.

Useless warranty
Never ever trust OneAssist. They will always find a way to reject your warranty claim. Most horrible pick up and drop facility – no tracking or accountability for anything. Wish I could give negative rating
